At Exotic Leafs. we strive to provide only the best Wraps for your money. We stand behind every Pearl that we share. If for any reason you need to return your cigars for a refund within 30 days of purchase, you may do so. Here are our guidelines:

As America’s most premium cigar wrap, we have the pleasure of serving customers from coast to coast and beyond. We do our best to please everyone but know that does not always happen. With that said if you are not satisfied, let us know, by email, within 30 days of your purchase to request a prompt exchange, or refund. Upon completion of your return for an exchange, or refund, you will receive the agreed upon exchange of goods from Exotic Leafs.

For all orders placed on drop days due to high volume of orders, all orders will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase.

Orders placed on non-drop days Monday-Friday will be shipped within 2 business days.

Depending on size and weight of the purchase, you can expect your order in 1-7 business days after order has been processed.

  • Cigars – If you are not satisfied with your cigar purchase, it may be returned for a full refund. Please return all unused product in the original packaging. For any Exchange or Refund, please reach out directly to email,
  • Accessories – For any other product non-tobacco related, you may return for a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase. If there are any defects or damages upon delivery, you may also request a Refund or Exchange at no cost with proof of damage or defect by email
  • Exotic Leafs reserves the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order.
